Price of class session includes a "Labor and Birth Kit" full of helpful tools for labor.
Two in person classes (Heart Work Birth Services Office in San Jose) for pregnancy comfort techniques and hands on comfort measure skills demonstrations. In person classes are class 1 on 6/1/22 and class 3 on 6/15/22. More info provided upon registration.
