Minimum of 3/ max of 6 (birthing person/couple) spots available for this session.
Price of class session includes a "Labor and Birth Kit" full of helpful tools for labor.
Two in person classes (Heart Work Birth Services Office in San Jose) for pregnancy comfort techniques and hands on comfort measure skills demonstrations. In person classes are class 1 on 11/2/22 and class 3 on 11/16/22. NOTE: NO CLASS 11/23 DUE TO THANKSGIVING. More info provided upon registration. It is recommended you complete the class by 37 weeks of pregnancy.
