Minimum of 3/ max of 8 (birthing person/couple) spots available for this session.
Price of class session includes a "Labor and Birth Kit" full of helpful tools for labor.
Three in person classes (Heart Work Birth Services Office in San Jose or at El Camino Hospital Los Gatos- depending on size of class) for pregnancy comfort techniques, hands on comfort measure skills demonstrations and postpartum comfort measures. In person classes are class 1 on 7/20/23 and class 3 on 8/3/23 and class 5 on 8/17/23. More info provided upon registration. It is recommended you complete the class by 37 weeks of pregnancy.
